- Session Time Limits: Set maximum session lengths. When your time is up, you'll be automatically logged out.
- Loss Limits: Cap how much you can lose in a defined period. Reduces take effect immediately.
- Reality Check: Set periodic reminders showing how long you've been playing and your net session result.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for 30 days, 60 days, 6 months, or permanently. Contact support to activate.
- Cool-Off Period: Take a break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks without closing your account.
Signs of Problem Gambling
Gambling may be becoming a problem if you notice:
- • Spending more money or time gambling than you intended
- • Gambling to recover losses ("chasing losses")
- • Hiding gambling activity from friends or family
- • Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not gambling

- • Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling

Underage Gambling Policy
We strictly prohibit gambling by anyone under the age of 18 (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction). We use age verification checks during registration and during KYC verification. If we identify an underage player, the account will be immediately closed and any deposits refunded. Parents and guardians should use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling sites. We recommend Gamban or Net Nanny for this purpose.
