1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account. By registering, you confirm that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not a self-excluded player. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
2. Account Registration
You may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. All information provided at registration must be accurate — providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Account verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed. You will be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
3. Welcome Bonus Terms
The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. Wagering requirements must be met within 21 days of bonus activation. Failure to meet wagering within this period results in bonus and bonus winnings being removed. Maximum bet while a bonus is active is $5 per spin or per round. Violating the maximum bet rule may result in bonus and winnings being voided.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
The minimum deposit is $20 CAD. The minimum withdrawal is $20 CAD. All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. We reserve the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may take up to 5 business days to process, though we aim to process most requests within 24 hours.
We do not accept payments from third parties. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Any attempt to deposit using fraudulent or stolen payment details will result in immediate account closure and referral to authorities.
5. Bonus Abuse & Prohibited Activity
We reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering (e.g., betting both sides of a table game outcome), using automated betting software, or attempting to exploit technical errors or game malfunctions.
6. Game Rules & Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, the affected round(s) will be voided and any bets returned. We are not liable for losses resulting from communications failures, server errors, or interruptions to internet service. Published game RTPs are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7. Account Closure & Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We will process any pending withdrawal before closing the account. We reserve the right to close any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is found to belong to a self-excluded or underage player. Any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering) will be returned to you.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. We operate under Curaçao eGaming licence #5536/JAZ. Disputes should first be directed to our customer support team. If unresolved, you may escalate to the Curaçao eGaming dispute resolution process.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered players. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
